Opportunities for Service:
Guilds at Saint Mark's

  It takes a lot of work, and many hands, to run a parish. There's a wide variety of opportunities for service at Saint Mark's, and all are welcome to participate.


Anglican Church Women

  A guild of the Anglican Province of Christ the King, formed for the support of the Province, most particularly Saint Joseph of Arimethea Theological College.

Saint Brigid Hospitality Guild

  Coffee hours and special events throughout the Parish year.

Saint Catherine of Alexandra Publications Guild

  Assemble, proofread, maintain and disseminate publications of all kinds.

Choir

  Sundays and high feast days - will train!

Saint Jerome in the Library

  Catalog, shelve and maintain the collection.

Saint Joseph's Guild of Altar Servers

  Acolytes, lay readers, thurifers, crucifers and boat boys.

Saint Mark Altar Guild

  Polish the candlesticks and altar furnishings, clean sanctuary areas, wash and iron small linens and fair linens, lay out vestments, trim candles, water flowers, serve the work at the altar of God.

Saint Martha's Guild

  Bake, cut, wrap and ship communion bread.

Outreach

  Help let the parish family know about such things as funerals or special events. Keep in touch with shut-ins.

  Serve the congregation on Sundays and other special occasions.
